Failure to follow thier 30 day moneyback guarantee Ripoff Smi Valley

I followed all that I was suppose to do for my cancelation and my 30 day money back guarantee and they ignore all my emails and when you call on the phone all you get is being transferrreed to all all automated voice service for cancellation!!!
