Online diploma testing ripoff, not accredited by us dept of education and i cant get a respond from them

I paid hundreds of dollars to receive a High School Diploma from John Adams High School. After a month and no Diploma in sight, actually went to their Miami office's to confront them about this situation and found out that one was a Delivery Service Company and the other was an office in which no one has occupied for a month.
