We paid, we entered the required data, and hit the print button, and nothing happened. Not to worry; we hit the help button and sent a message describing the problem, and waited for help.
And waited, and waited, and waited. Multiple requests for help produced no reply over a period of two weeks.
We e-mailed the address that confirmed our purchase and finally got a response: this is a no response e-mail address; a payment clearing company only.
No phone number to call; no e-mail address to contact: only the "contact us" box on the web page.
We finally receive the documents over two weeks later, by which time we had secured the documents from another source.
I disputed the $75 charge, and the responder at [email protected] simply lied. They said we telephoned them and demanded a discount. I wish we had had a phone number to contact them!
Do not do business with these thieves.
