Ameritrain
Ripoff took money without providing services paid for

To whom it may concern

First of all i would like to thank you for efforts on
our behalf to get to the bottom of this. I am yomo
kornegay and i personally gave monies to joeseph
eustace ($300 in check, $600 cash) for my enrollment in
their training sessions for A net and mcse
certification.

The amount came from what was to be 25%
of the total cost for the class. The remaining amount
was to be financed by ameritrain gauranteed. That was
their promotion. I was working for serex vending at
the time i learned of this promotion. Serex is also
seeking damages i assume from failure to pay their
outstanding balance with them.

In any case i am in desperate need of my money because i have newborn twins that joeseph eustace was well aware of and subsequently left my job to train with ameritrain to
increase my income.

I also have a 3 year old! I am now unemployed and strapped for cash all because of this fraud. I want to sue because of the events that has transpired and the predicament i find myself in but am not sure of how to go about it.

Anyway, your help along with others including tom mccain are greatly appreciated.
