I sent $195 to Halifax Communications exactly 3 weeks ago. They promised to send 1000 catalogues to me to package and mail out to given addresses at a rate of $10/catalogue. They promised that the catalogues would be sent to me the very day that they recieved payment. I believed that this company was one of the companies that I had subscribed to through a home business employment directory only to now find out that the company is really involved in fraud.
