English bulldog scam from debbie and toby johnson ripoff

I sent 400.00 to debbie and toby johnson and they was supposed to send me 2 english bulldogs and i havent heard nothing from them sence and i want them in trouble for what they are doing. I have a child that has cf and i really want to get this stopped. Please help me
