This company (INIH) has put out several news releases concerning starting an airline and buying falcon air out of bankruptcy. None of the information could be confirmed.
They use names that sound familiar but impossible to confirm. Saw the stock pumped on internet boards 9/29 to 10/29 to over a dollar.
Announced financing of 2 million from Harris Capital Parners for 1 million shares of stock. I called both Harris partners (one in NJ and the famous one in Conn.) They never heard of icon or allen brooks.
Then called icon.
Investor relations guy told me they had raised 10 million dollars. Told me Harris parner was "out west".
Last week they missed the court hearing for the creditors of Falcon Air. Didn't make the 250K payment and their attorneys resigned. Am watching level II pink sheet quotes very low volume and no depth. This is a worthless shell with no assets.
33 million outstanding shares. Allen brooks controls about 26 million.
Now I see a link on their website to an Irish company also named ICON. Gives the impression of association with real company. They have a promoter Euro-Bently who can't be found.
