I ordered from Doxy Lingerie this past weekend and unfortunately, had already given Jennifer my credit information before I read all of her terrible reports. So, I immediately asked for a refund and her response was, "We can not give you a refund since your item has already been shipped." So, I next asked for a UPS tracking number to verify that my package has been shipped to my specific address and she has yet to respond. There is no excuse for this type of dishonest, terrible business! Fortunately, I am a Harvard law student and legal action will definitely take place if 1) does not give me a refund and 2) does not improve her business.
