Fraudulently continues to charge credit card for $9.99 per month ripoff New York

Can't locate a correspondence phone, address or email address. Fraudulently bills credit monthly for $9.99. Am fighting the charges by challanging them through my Bank of America charge card company and will continue to do so until the charge no longer appears.
