Bogus Billing for NO Services rendered, Billing Fraud-Beware! Ripoff

This is about SCI*Stamps.com.

When I checked my bank statement there is a charge for the above Internet Co. I have never used their services, nor do I ever expect to use their services. The Charge 15.99 is totally bogus!

Attempts to contact them have been futile so far.

Beware!!!
