I was a consultant for SCC and went online to check my dowline yesterday morning and found that the website no longer exists. I ordered a start up kit which I never received. I paid close to 30.00 from my My Pay account. I opened up a dispute through My Pay yesterday but have not received any feedback from SCC. A friend of mine used her credit card on SCC's website and spent about 40.00 and has not received any product. I'm not worried about the money I spent. I am terrified that my friends credit card number and billing information is in the hands of a criminal. She used her Debit Card to make the purchase so thats even scarier to me.
I have never been ripped off like this before. I dont know what to do. Is it illegal for us to get this publisized? Could we contact the news stations close to Leighton Alabama and give them the story? How about the local police? SCC had consultants world wide, not just in the USA. This is huge!
I have no contact info for the company other than the mailing address. I found out from another ex consultant that there is a Yahoo group we can join and talk with other ex consultants.
