After $200 had been debited from my acoount, and weeks had passed, I still hadn't received my card. I tried getting a phone number for them and was unlucky until I found this website.
I tried calling even though I heard I wouldn't get my money back to find out that they were in fact a ripoff. After being placed on hold for 10-15 minutes I spoke to someone and told them I'd like to cancel this account and they tried to force me to keep the card and asked me why I didn't want it.
After going back and forth the rep finally said he'll cancel it. So I then asked how do I get my money back and he said "YOU DON'T). I could have freaked. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to transfer me and told me they were too busy and got smart with me.
I'm so sorry I even dealt with these people. This has taught me to never do anything over the phone. Now I'm out of $200 I really didn't have to begin with. There must be something that can be done to warn people.
