After what I thought to be a legitamate deal I purchased a 2 yr contract for downloading music for $42.00 and much to my surprise on my next credit card statement I was billed two installments of $99.95 for something I did not recongnize so I called and was told I would get a credit of $199.90 but it would take 21 days to 3 weeks.
I have repeated contacted Healthy Discount Card and yet I never get the same person and my latest phone call I was told the computer system was attacked with a virus and therefore lost all of the information and needed my credit card number again which like a fool I gave them and also called my credit card company to report this and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. I also told them if there were any more charges I would close the account and would not pay for any of these charges.
I also informed my credit card company that they should send out a warning to all of their customers regarding this scam and I was told that some people may like this service. I also did not receive any kind of information on this so called health care service or what it would cover.
They do not have any supervisors or owners names for you to complain to.
