Received an email about getting a "FREE" CD for Grants, only had to pay $3.95 for shipping. Entered info and never received CD. Two weeks later have $49.95 debited from my account.
I called and the rep. Said it was on the terms and conditions (which I read again and it is not there) that my "two week free trial" was up and I failed to call within the time period.
I told her to credit my account immediately. SHe refused until I pulled the attorney card and she complied. I was given a confirmation number and will be watching my account closely. I still have to wait 5-10 business days for it to be credited back.
