Ripoff stealing of $25.95 for training package I never received

Thank you consumer complaints.

It's good to know that I'm not alone on this one.interdata Management also ripped me off of the $25.95 payment for their data entry position, through StormPay, which is like PayPal prior to receiving training materials in the mail, which I never, ever got.

When I wrote to the Inter Data address in Chicago, stating I never received my training materials for the data entry position they advertised even after paying the $25.95, I never got a response. My recruiter, Patrick Porter, thankfully, informed me in October of that Inter Data Managemnet was under Federal investigation, and that he doubted I'd be getting my $25.95 refunded to me.

Also, if Inter Data is under investigation, why hasn't any class action lawsuit been issued against them or any report indicating such an action? I have since cancelled my membership with StormPay, as I have never even heard of this StormPay.
