Ripoff the company said that i had over 3,700, 300.00 in unawareded money they sent me W-915 form to sign so i did

I got a W-915 form in the mail to sign. They siad my file reference number was N1Z6a-56020. And i was pre-approved, (this is the letter they sent me)

Over $3,700, 300.00 in unawared money has been located and documented in your name, Amy Goodman, but if you don'tsubmit the appropriate entry paperwork these monies will definitely go to someone else.
