Yes I too am a victim of this scam. Calling my bank, I've experienced some of the same results as many of you have... Not much! My bank manager has told me he will investigate to see if there is anything else that can be done to stop this company from doing business this way. Meanwhile I wait not knowing what will be done. Closing the account is an option, but what a hassel this is. As many of you have reported filing the normal dispute process from the banks is not the answer to resolving the problems this company is putting us all through.
