Ripoff can not contact company for return of handbag

I have tried to email this company for a return order number as they say on their email dated Jan. 3.
When I email the website it says page can not be displayed leaving me with a Handbag I do not want because it is not what exactly what I want.

I paid a lot of money $114.75 for this handbag and want a refund to my visa acct. Which it was paid with.

Please contact me asap on what is going on and if I will get my refund back.
