I recieved a very authentic looking envelope in the mail. The enclosed letter claimed I was elidgble to win 1 million dollars upon proper completion & return in 7 days of recieving the letter. Also to be elidgble for this premium offer of $2500.00 worth of coupons redeemable at major national retail establishments, I was to send $11.89 with the completed form. The funniest thing about the enclosed letter said to check one of the boxes to select the 2 different types of payments to be made to me either a lump sum of $555,000.00 or 30 annual pmts. Of $33,334.00 which neither one is 1 million dollars?
