Rip off will not cancel account

My wife got these magazines offer and when we got the letter to confirm the account we called to cancel the account. They will not cancel. We are now going to get a laywer involved and anyone in tennessee that wishes to help sue this company please email us (email deleted - see below) the more that can help will make this cheaper and more rewarding.
