I, like others who also are reporting to you about Cigarrest, was trying to quit smoking. I saw the Ad on the internet and had called them to order a 30 day trial. My complaints are these. A couple weeks after ordering the trial offerusing my bank card, they send me a package which I didn't order on October 6th. Six days later I recieve another package which again I had not ordered. I was away when these packages came. When I was balancing my checking account I found out that they had withdrawn $59 and change for a 90 supply of this product I did not order. I had called their customer support to send the product back and to get them to send my money back which I did NOT' authorize. They informed me to pay to ship it back. I do not see why I should pay to ship a product back I did not order. Also, I do not like the idea they can take money out of my account without my authorization. Also, after reading several other reports I am concerned that I will not recieve my money back from them. I tried to contact their main office. There is no number that any representative will give out nor is is posted on their brochure or website. The only contacts are their sales people or customer service reps. No management people can be contacted.
