911 Guards
Ripoff collected $30 advance fee payment from me through my credit card for an 8hr security guard training course

I found an advert in the New York post for security guard training which prompted me to proceed to the school to enroll. On getting there I found out from the instructor in charge Mr C. Ocona that the cost of the training was $30. He then gave me forms to fill and led me to the bursary department for payment.

I paid for an 8hr security gaurd training with 911 guards inc using my citibank debit card on 9/25/05 and was given a sale receipt, signed enrollment agreement and a computer generated receipt.

I was meant to attend the class on 10/05/05. On arriving at the school I found the doors to the institution locked.

have been trying to locate the school authorities without success.
