Asked for twenty dollar check to process multi million dollar prize

I recieved a cerified official looking letter, complete with bogus seal, telling me I won over three million dollars. All I had to do was send them twenty dollars.
After researching this company on rip off report and BBB I came to the obvious conclusion... Totally bogus.
I am interested in starting or joining a class action against these crooks, please contact me if you have the same in mind.
