She Is Trying To Get Rich With A Hit And Run Con. This Woman Is A Compulsive Liar And A Professional Con Artist. If She Hits You With Her Vehicle, Call 911 ASAP! Ripoff

On 04-21, at 1341 hrs Michelle Pelychaty, of 118 Lambton Circle, Greece NY 14624 decided she was going to try to have me falsely charged with 'Leaving The Scene Of An Accident'.

Here is what really happened:

I, and my mother decided to car pool to the Wegmans shopping center (since we both had errands to run there, and gas prices are outrageous). I needed to cash my unemployment check, and she had some medication to pick up at the pharmacy. I had dropped off my mother at the Wegmans, so we could save time.

When I was done with my errand at the bank, I by Wegmans to see if she was waiting in the area we agreed upon. She was not, so I decided to park her car (a 1993 Chevy 4 door car), and go in the store to find her. As I walked about five paces from the car, I saw my mother exit the Wegmans. I then proceeded to get back into her car, start it up, and slowly creep out of the parking spot (I was trying to be careful, because there was a huge burgundy Chevy Envoy SUV blocking my left side).

Just as I was creeping out, to see if anyone was coming, Michelle Pelychaty came flying by at approximately 15 25 miles per hour; she then swerved, barely missing my mothers bumper. Michelle then just parked in front of me, nearly blocking my ability to exit my parking space. I rolled down the car window, and asked her if she knew the F* speed limit in the parking lot (this was about the time I realized her 12 year old daughter did not have her seat belt on).

She then began to tell me off, like it was my fault she was zooming by me as I crept out of my parking spot. I asked her if she went to the 'Ray Charles School Of Driving', and a mutual exchange of dis-pleasantries lasted approximately 40 seconds. I then asked her to move her fuel sucking beast out of my way, so I could get on with my life, and she could pick up her much needed Prozac refill. Her response was I'm not moving, I want your spot.

After I called her a few more deserving swear words that described a stubborn female dog, I decided to get out of this caustic situation, before I tweaked out on her. She was threatening to call her husband, and request that he kick my a*. Since my mothers car was a $50 beater, that had no power steering, I had to back up, and pull forward several times, in order for me to get the proper angle I needed to exit the small gap this psychopath gave me.

By the grace of god, or who ever runs this place, I managed to squeak out of the situation unscathed. After I left, Michelle Pelychaty decided to call the cops, boo hoo hoo like a soap opera drama queen to Officer Marybeth Kostrzebski about how I allegedly hit her twice with my mothers car, and took off to avoid prosecution. After months of grueling court proceedings (the D.A. That was on the case was intent on burning me at the stake the case dragged on till August 1).

I later found out (by requesting a copy of the police report that was filed against me by Michelle Pelychaty) that Michelle Pelychaty told the officer that she was 'injured' from this false incident, and later went to the hospital. She also claimed to be four months pregnant (the poor child, I feel sorry for it already taking into account that she actually told the truth for once). This explains why the D.A. Wanted to throw the book at me. He was under the impression that I was the creep that she was trying to make me out to be.

My aunt had sold the car to my mother. It had been in an accident approximately two years before this incident; the damage that the officer saw was in fact caused from the incident that occurred over two years ago, not the false incident that Michelle Pelychaty was trying to cash in on. Thank god that not only did my aunt attest to the fact that the damage was caused from an incident that she was a part of, I had taken pictures of the damage. This evidence later proved that she was lying about the whole thing. The paint from her SUV did not even come close to matching the paint on my mothers car, that was left on it from the accident my aunt was a part of.

After winning the case, I decided to turn her into her insurance company. Michelle Pelychaty was never with the insurance company that she claimed to be! This insurance company was nice enough to give me a phone number to a insurance fraud hotline. Michelle Pelychaty is now under investigation for filing a false claim! It just so happened that she had a witness that just happened to be at the scene backed up her story. Bryan Eberle (the witness) may have been her accomplice. This sounds like an insurance scam that has been played out time and time again.

Watch out for Michelle Pelychaty. She could planning her next get rich scheme, and you could be the victim of her scam.
