I agree. MCI Worlcom is terrible. I have been billed for 6 months on a payment that I already made. I have called several times only to get through twice and have even had my phone shut off for a week. I have tried everything, including sending a copy of the cancelled check and bank statement by fax and mail. Nothing seems to work. I would be happy to sign a petition and plan on bring a customer of another wireless company soon.
