I got a phone call from a very persistant man that I could barely understand very early in the morning. He talked me into ordering a grant package and told me I could cancel the order if I changed my mind.
I did not give them the last four numbers of my bank account and they were going to take the money out on March 24 but it took them until May to figure out my account number and I tried to contact them by phone and on the internet to cancel it before March 24 but all I got was a recorded message that said all operators were busy try again later.
When I tried to go to their website I was told that it did not exist. Now they have my money and they never sent any kind of package. I cannot afford to lose $199.95 but I do not know how to get it back.
