Processing ripoff fee you get nothing

Pay $15 "processing fee" so they'll get richer instead of you.
No one is going to send you something for nothing.

Thanks to complaint - and I hope there are others - perhaps we can prevent this from getting worse and get the word out to internet new comers. It could be a better world.

Why can't the authorities get at them?
