Took my $34.95 from my bank account which was actually more I'm Canadian, 0 e-mails answered

I sent to Survey-Platinum at least 3 months ago. Since then I have sent e-mails, I sent one today before I came across your site. They never reply. So I have tried to log on I had written my password down. But when I try it says I am not authorized to enter the page. I'm pretty disgusted. They also say you can have them change your password, so I did. But of course they haven't replied yet. Also being Canadian I paid more than $34.95, since they only accept U.S. Funds. Help!
