Ripoff scam cheat refused to pay their members Goodwood

I joined TravelCash's Globe-Trotter's Club because their newsletters said that I would be paid $270 on 4 levels with no sponsoring required!

Their original pay date was February 28. They kept delaying it until, finally, they claimed they had paid everyone on April 18.

Since I hadn't been paid, I e-mailed Admin to ask why. Their first reply said they had submitted my e-Bullion # for payment and that the amount shown in my TravelCash member's area was incorrect. When I went to check the amount, it was now set to $0!

I immediately e-mailed and asked them what happened?

They replied asking me if I had paid my Globe-Trotter's Club membership!

I said yes and sent them a.jpg of my payment through e-Bullion.

Then they said I didn't have anyone under me.

When I quoted their own newsletters saying that I would be paid $270 without having to sponsor anyone, they replied "That is correct I just dont think there was enough spillover to cover you this time".

I replied that I had paid my membership fee in good faith and expected them to keep their word.

We exchanged several e-mails back and forth where they played with semantics, claiming they never "guaranteed" me a payout. However, since they admitted that there was no sponsoring required to be paid on the first 4 levels, that amounts to a guaranteed payout as long as I pay my membership fee, which I did.

Vern Croy called me on the phone about another "opportunity" he was promoting. He didn't realize who I was so I asked him why I didn't get paid. He said he didn't know. When I told him that two people in TravelCash had told he that he was on the Board of TravelCash, he say he was not.

I then asked him who was in charge. He said the only people he knew were Carlo Servello and Pat (Pat moderates their conference calls and doesn't use his last name. He lives in Nova Scotia, Canada). Vern also said that he had never met either of them.

That was a lie because I have a TravelCash newsletter that says Vern Croy and Carlo Servello gave presentations at the same meeting. Unless Vern had his eyes closed, he would have had to have met Carlo.

I e-mailed Carlo Servello and told him that Vern had said he was in charge. Carlo never replied.

To date, TravelCash has refused to pay me anything, yet they are now advertising the "new" Globe-Trotter's Club, which they claim will pay out $900 on 3 levels with no sponsoring or qualification necessary. Yet, they still refuse to pay me my $270.

I have set up a TravelCash Ripoff page of my own at which has copies of every e-mail sent and received about the Globe-Trotter's Club.

Every single TravelCash newsletter emphasizes that there is no sponsoring required to be paid on the first 4 levels and that the payout is $270.
