I attended AIU-Online, everything was going fine, until (1) one week before graduation and during finals. I was informed that I owed more money, or I would not be able to get my diploma for 18 months I worked for. I did graduate but no diploma has been sent to me as of this date 3-1. I graduated in March. How should I handle this? I would love my diploma to show my grandchildren that hard work does pay-off.
