This company is associated with other memberships being offered on the web.in my case it was American Homeowners Association. It was offered as a free trail with the AHA membership, I cancelled the AHA membership after further research but it did not cancel the Jevene membership which had been automatic. No membership was ever authorized to Jevene directly. No contact numbers are printed on the shipping invoice.
I have recieved 2 shipments and have been unable to reach anyone directly at the number listed on the website (866-465-2583) to cancel the membership. The number on the credit card statement is out of service (866-990-0991).
I have filled out the cancellation form on the website and been given a cancellation ID number.
I have also reported this to my credit card company.
I must now wait and see if I continue to receive any further shipments.
