I have been trying to get a refund on money that was deducted from my checking account without my permission. I orderd the free trial and canceled before it was up.
Now I can't get my refund. I have spoken to several customer service agents including the "Head Honcho" as she put it, and am told everytime that a request has benn sent to accounting.
The "Head Honcho" told me that they just bought the company and was trying to clean up thier mess.
I do not think that the "Head Honcho" would be answering the phones. I work at a ticketing company and it just doesn't work that way. We would never see the "Head Honcho" answering the phones.
