So I went to work for this individual, Stephen Gichia Kamau, a mild Kenian man. I decided his project was feasible and set up to work in his shaky (at best) start-up company. After being hired as a consultant on a 100% commission basis, I put my heart into it. Mr. Kamau did not have a business clue, and the company needed badly a restyle. So I decided to start from the website.
After working at it for a total of four weeks, while phone calls to "prospect clients" and completing other tasks, I uploaded it. To be noticed is that Mr. Kamau had hired me promising large sums coming in in a two weeks time, and after reassuring me that several businesses had bought into the ideaand the company was in solid financial being.
Shortly after uploading the website, I discovered that no single business had bought into Mr. Kamau's plan, that the company had no money, and that Mr. Kamau had lied to me on a wide range of other matters.
I decided to leave the company at once, and I told him expressely that he could not use my website as I had not gotten paid yet for it and since it was my intellectual property.
This person has posted my position on a variety of places. Young talented people have come to the office and I have seen them being lied to as Mr. Kamau did with me. Stay away from Boldman Group, whether you are seeking job or are a company.
If you are a company: they will rip off at least 15% of your money as of the contract you will have sign. This person has no clue how to follow through with his project, and will refund you only partially. Do not trust this individual and who backs him up.
