Sprint PCS debited my checking account for $300. I do not now, nor have I ever had a Spring PCS account or phone. After trying 3 different customer service numbers (which didn't work for me because I am not a "customer" and didn't have a Sprint phone number to enter) I finally reached the "Fraud" department, which was completely automated. I was told to contact my bank and report the charge to my account. Then the call disconnected. We'll see what happens.
