Match For Cash rip off

Hi
I recieved in the mail today that I had won $21,550.00 AUD but had to send $22 AUD to them to claim my cheque.

I also had to answer a question MATCH the money to the Country. I have not sent any money off as I am not sure if it is a scam.

Geez these people make me mad as I have been ripped off by a few other companies, although I do get a gift I never recieve the money they convinced me so much I had won.
