Never recieved product, paid in full, waited 4 years!

I've approached Lee Kromis many times in the last 4 years. I've been through e-mail, snail-mail, fax, and telephone calls. I don't get any responce, and that I still haven't received my pictures! In March he ultimately responded the telephone and stated my albulms could be within the email this January. And I never received anything. Today, the telephone number has bill disconnected. I settled over $3000 for nothing! The shooter was fanstastic, however the operator, Lee, is skum
