Lawnmower Repair Dragging On for a Month, Customer Service Unhelpful
Have a repair call going on a month on our lawnmower. Was supposed to take 7-10 days for parts. When I call to check status, always a different story: 1) did you pay for parts (I was told I didn't have to); 2) parts are taking longer than expected; 3) don't see that any parts were ordered.
