Mike installed a new air conditioner that isn't working properly. It cost me nearly $2500 and is under warranty. But when I set appointments for him to come and look at it, he doesn't show up. Twice. And now he won't return my phone calls.
I want him to take out this crappy AC he sold me and I wish to receive a full refund for the $2395.94. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If that isn't resolved, I will probably take him to Small Claims Court.
