Regal Life time Cookware warranty not being honored

In 1988 I purchased waterless cookware from the WestBend corporation which has a lifetime warranty. The cookware now needs servicing and they want to charge me for shipping. The warranty clearly states that the cookware will be replaced at no charge.

This became a problem after WestBend was purchased by Regal Ware.
