Ordered trees back in March. Billed through my account 4/1/04. They sent "stems" that of course did not live.
Requested refund by email, by phone twice, and in writing including a copy of my invoice.
Today is Septembert 9. I have heard nothing from them. I called again today and they rudely tell me they have no record of me requesting a refund. Now they promise a refund within three weeks!
