All Star Movers promised to pick up my stuff in a 2 day window and promised they would over multiple calls. They never called and said they would not make it, they just didn't show up. 2 days later they called me and asked if they could come 4 days from then. They had no explanation. My lease had expired on my old apartment and I had to stay in a motel and then arrange to get a truck and move myself instead. Talking to them on the phone was awful. No one would take accountability and they would continuously transfer you and place you on hold. Again, do not use All Star Movers if you actually want your stuff moved.
