Following a year we closed agreement with him, our remodelling project has not done yet. No info from him on when he is able to complete both. Requested by his subcontractors many times on cost since he did not spend them.
There is just one access within this site whenever we signed agreement. We questioned him about this and he explained the owener had some difficulties/concerns. Today we possibly turned among the "poor" property owners based on him. Don't repear my error. Send me a note if you like to understand more.
