Bought a Simmons Beautyrest World Class Plush. We noticed right away that it did not look like the same quality of workmanship as the storeroom mattress but chose to ignore it. Within 2 weeks we went from sleeping in perfect comfort to sleeping on what felt like sawdust. You can lay a level across the bed and stick your hand beneath it, that's how deep the body impressions. The bed feels like it has no support, but it's supposed to have 1152 coils. The salespeople tell us it's likely a factory error, but from all the bait and switch complaints about Sleep Country, I believe it is simply their practice to supply you with inferior quality goods. I believe that is how they are able to be so generous with their "competitor's price 5%." What I really hate is that we loved our salesman, Sean, and I even posted a generous comment about him after our purchase on Sleep Country's site. Now I want to tell him, "Same on you, for working for such a sleazy company."
Bottom line? DO NOT buy from Sleep Country. Their showroom models look great, but what you actually get is a cheaply made dopelganger—an imitation of the showroom version.
