On 3-12-04, I ordered A Highgate Manor Comforter, Sham and Bedskirt. Recieved it about two weeks later. Of course, after the allowed (30) day return, the bedskirt starts unraveling litterally. It's fallen apart at the seam. I have been refused a replacement or credit due to beyond the (30) days. I have filed a complaint with HSN in Clearwater, Florida. They tout this as such high quality and its a piece of crap. I paid for this in part with a forced in store credit due to a PREVIOUS FAULTY PRODUCT I RETURNED. Beware HSN. The quality and durability is rarely what touted and then you are screwed with a mandatory (30) day return policy. Do these people stand behind the crap they say on tv to get you to buy or not?
