Mario Yamasaki, UFC Referee and owner of Akropolis Marble & Granite LLC, breached a contract with 3 parties, including myself, when he failed to pay back a material sum of money he u agreed to use for Akropolis Marble & Granite. He misrepresented his business experience and was dishonest in his communication with these 3 parties he had this contract with. The use of the funds for his company Akropolis Marble & Granite LLC is in question due to the short term this company existed before it became bankrupt in 2010.in fact, financial institutions that loaned his company money had their security sold before bankruptcy leaving them high and dry. Mario Yamasaki continues to receive generous income and yet is content with not making amends with those who he sought out for investment funds in his "Ponzi" Scheme. At the time the money was borrowed, his company was a few months from the eventual bankruptcy. Myself and others feel ripped off by Mario Yamasaki as we trusted his word and expected him to honor our agreement when he told use he would pay us back the money from his non-business income and keep us informed of the financial stability of his company. I encourage anyone who is reading this to verify the information in this statement by looking in Federal Public Court Records the Bankruptcy Court Proceeds with Mario Yamasaki and his company Akropolis Marble & Granite LLC.
