Had one of these installed for a little over two weeks and the binding across the bottom has completely pulled away from the mesh. Called customer service to return the defective item. They agreed to refund my shipping and handling charges but did not have anyway in which I could ship it back to them (ARS label). I would have to pay to return ship it and they will not refund my shipping charge to send it back! This company is NOT reputable! Don't buy their junk products...
