We are having a possible sinkhole in our house. We notified our insurance company (still waiting for their respnse), and we notified Miami Dade Building Department as well. Our house was built in it is a beautiful almost new house. Miami Dade sent James Ferguson as inspector... Results we are in violation that our house is falling apart, and we are responsible for demolish it. I begged to him please notify Quest Construction Group that was the builder, he said no... You are responsible. He went to our house, place a sign at the garage door that it is an unsafe structure, and he did not notifify us. Now we have to move before January 16, nobody wants to be responsible. Wells Fargo said that I have to pay the mortgage beside this situation, Quest Construction does not answer as well as Citizen Insurance, and Miami Dade Building Departament is going to fine us because our house is not safe. What to do? It is a matter of power... David against Goliath..
