I ordered 5 plants from this fraudulent company. They arrived soooo dead they fell apart in my hand. Calls were not answered. No answering machine or voice mail. Thirteen emails in three weeks time were not responded to. I finally got a person to answer the phone who said they do not issue refunds only exchanges and they have stopped shipping for this year. What a lame excuse!!! I checked the BBB and found that they have a grade of F. This is not the first business the scam artist owners have ran and had to close.
