Atlas Heating and Cooling (Spiros Karavvas) installed an air conditioner at my home in May. Spiros returned in October and installed a new furnace. Total purchase: $5100. Last month we tried to turn the air conditioner on, and it doesn't work. The owner, Spiros Karasavvas, was responsive at first, but quickly determined he didn't know what was wrong. He claimed he was calling the manufacturer (Goodman) to request a technician come and take a look. 10 days of the runaround, no returned phone calls and still no air conditioning. Goodman has NO record of Spiros ever calling technical support regarding my air conditioner. Typical... He got our money, now we're of no use to him. I've had to hire another HVAC technician to come out and fix his handy work.
