Tom gales, who assured me that someone would come the next day to fix the problem and honor my contract, still no one showed, so i called my lawyer to ask what i should do? He told me he would take care of it and to call another company to stop the leak while we waited for him to call us back, so we did, i went into the yellow pages this time and found a great company who told us our roof was done poorly, and needed to be redone from scratch, at almost 9000,00$, we had no choice so we had it redone for the second time in 6 months, and with all of the rain in april not a single drop leaked in our home.
